Owner/Pharmacist
Meet John, the heart and soul of our pharmacy. John has served as both our lead Pharmacist and Owner since taking the reins in 2013, ensuring that every patient receives personalised, expert care.
When he’s not busy compounding prescriptions or consulting with patients, John is fueled by a passion for the outdoors and adventure. He is an avid cyclist, often tackling challenging routes on the weekends. He also enjoys a good round of golf, and is always planning his next great adventure, whether it’s exploring a new country or tackling a remote trail. John’s dedication to quality care and his energetic spirit define our commitment to your health.
Alexandra
Pharmacy Manager
Meet Alex, our highly experienced Pharmacy Technician Manager who has been a cornerstone of our team since 2012. Alex is essential to managing the day to day running of the entire pharmacy. She ensures that everything from stock control and staff schedules to delivery services and patient flow operates perfectly.
Outside of the pharmacy, Alex loves spending time with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys exercising, seeing it as her time to relax, recharge, and stay grounded. Family and well-being are at the centre of her life, giving her balance, joy, and motivation every day.

Lead Pharmacy Dispenser
Say hello to Liz, our dedicated Lead Dispenser. Since joining us in 2018, Liz has been instrumental in preparing and managing your prescriptions, consistently ensuring accuracy and efficiency at the dispensing counter.
When she steps away from the pharmacy, Liz is a social and competitive spirit. She loves playing darts and is always keen on socialising with friends. Her greatest joy, however, is spending time with her two children, a priority that keeps her busy and happy outside of work.

Introducing Jackie, a valued member of our dispensing team who brings warmth and efficiency to her role.
Jacqueline has a profound love for travel, always eager to explore new places and experience different cultures. She is the proud mother of two daughters and a doting grandmother to her grandson, with family being a central part of her life. Jacqueline also loves socialising, enjoying the time she spends catching up with friends and family.

Healthcare Assistant
Meet Susie, a caring member of our team who has been a dedicated Healthcare Assistant since 2018. Susie plays a vital role in supporting our pharmacy services and ensuring patients feel welcome and cared for.
In her personal time, Susie finds inspiration and relaxation in creative and natural pursuits. She has a deep love for art, whether she’s creating or appreciating beautiful works. She also enjoys gardening, nurturing plants and spending time outdoors to help things grow.
Tom
Delivery Driver
Tom is the friendly, bubbly presence who ensures our services run smoothly, both in the pharmacy and out on the road! Known for his warm, chatty nature and infectious good humour, Tom manages all our prescription home deliveries. He is always happy to help and makes sure your medications reach you safely and quickly. Highly social and easy to talk to, Tom ensures every patient feels cared for.

Trainee Dispenser
Introducing Blaise, who joined our team in 2022 and is currently working hard as a Trainee Dispenser. Blaise is focused on learning the details of pharmacy work to provide you with the best service possible.
Outside of work, Blaise has a passion for both the ocean and active living. Blaise loves diving, exploring the underwater world, and is dedicated to fitness to maintain an active lifestyle. In addition to these pursuits, Blaise is a true animal lover and often dedicates time to caring for and appreciating animals.

Trainee Dispenser
Felicity is our very kind and dedicated Trainee Dispenser. Always ready with a friendly smile, she is learning quickly and is focused on accuracy and patient care. While committed to her training in the pharmacy, Felicity also loves to stay social and is known for having a good time outside of work. Her positive energy and warmth make her a valued member of the South Street team.

GP Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber who works in local GP practice, supporting patients with their medicines, long-term conditions, and prescribing needs.
Helps John at the vaccination site and enjoys being part of the pharmacy team on Saturdays.
Outside of work she love reading books, travelling and spending fun, quality time with her daughter.

Vicky is a highly motivated member of our team and a dedicated Trainee Healthcare Assistant. As a committed mum, she understands the importance of health and care, and she brings that passion to her role every day.
